Description: Very large 2/2 in the area. The 'Building is under repairs, All faces of the building are under heavy treatment. Parking is also under heavy repairs. Roof is brand new. The Association had over 4 Million of US $ in the bank account to pay for the repairs. Now the Association is considering an extra special assessment of $2,5 Million to have all brand new windows New A/C in the lobby room and new Elevator in the parking. The expected new special assessment would be for 5 years starting July 1st $ 285.71 monthly for 60 months.
