13 mobile home lots of which 9 are rented and a 4-plex with zoning of CM4. 7 are rented for for $210/month + $34/month surcharge for water/sewer/trash and 2 are parked owned homes that is all inclusive(water/sewer/trash tenant still pays electricity and gas). 4-plex that rents for $1645/month. Over the last 3 years of ownership rents have been increased on the 4-plex without an increase for any of the mobile homes that are under market rents for the area. 3 trailers that currently are unrented and in disrepair are included in sale as well and could be pulled or fixed for addtional monthly income.
