This remote tract of recreational land is prime hunting ground. Access is gained from an old un-passable township road with right-of-way to the property. The property can be navigated on old logging trails throughout. The GPS point for the entrance the road from Marietta Run Rd is 39.4008, -81.8611. You will travel about 1,400 feet and arrive at the western border of the property, GPS point is 39.3982, -81.8582. We have marked the border along the township road with pink tape. The township road travels through the property near the southern border and we have again marked the east border with pink tape. You can travel the road with a 4 Wheeler or ATV/UTV at your own risk. There is believed to be some marketable timber, mainly oak. This area of SE Ohio is well known for it's whitetail and turkey!
