Unique property in Richfield, Ohio conveniently located on Route 303 Near !271, I77 and the Ohio Turnpike. This commercial building is 1000 square feet and was previously used as a water filtration facility. There are two artesian wells. The 5" well produced 125 gpm. Luman Cranz drilled the well in 1960. It is 110 feet deep with a 9 foot screen. The 12" well was drilled in 1972 before the water plant was built. The fire department could not pump the 12" well down far enough to get an accurate reading. That was about 300 gpm at that time, . There are pumps in the Wells and are turned off. The building currently is heated with electricity but there is natural gas at the road.
